The RA Ministry of Diaspora continues to receive paintings by Diaspora Armenian children and youth that won in the “Homeland, This Is How I See You” painting contests.
The RA Ministry of Diaspora has organized contest-exhibitions entitled “Homeland, This Is How I See You” in Diaspora Armenian communities. The contest-exhibitions are dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence and the winning paintings are sent to the RA Ministry of Diaspora.
There are already 5 paintings from the Armenian Sunday School in Nizhni Novgorod, 1 from the Mekhitarist School in Aleppo, 1 from the Zavarian Armenian School, 1 from the “Karin Eppe” Armenian Lyceum, 7 from the Hamazgayin’s “Arshil Gorky” School of Fine Arts, 3 from Kiev’s middle school N88, 6 from the Armenian Sunday School of Perm and 5 from the Armenian Sunday School in Skopye.
After receiving paintings from all communities, the RA Ministry of Diaspora will hold a final contest to grant special prizes to the winning painters. Each of the participants will also receive an encouraging prize for participation in the contest declared by the RA Ministry of Diaspora.
All paintings sent to Armenia will be showcased in one of the best exhibition halls in Yerevan on September 21.
